Dear curlers,
 
For the last ten years the town of Lucerne has been the host of the Lucerne Curling Trophy and a partner of the Curling Champions Tour Programme.
 
Now after ten years the committee of the Lucerne Curling Trophy decided after some considerable reflection to discontinue the curling event for the time being and therefore Lucerne will not host this years Curling Trophy.
 
A special thank goes to all athletes that have contributed considerably to the success of the Lucerne Curling Trophy over the past years. In the name of the Lucerne curlers we like to express our gratitude for your support and loyalty towards our tournament. We are confident that the international curling game will be back in Lucerne in a new format and we are looking forward to welcoming you to Lucerne in not too distant future.
